Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all purchases are subject to the following refund policy.

Digital Content

All purchases of digital content, including story chapters, premium content, subscriptions, and exclusive scenes, are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we are unable to provide refunds for completed purchases.

Subscriptions

• Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
• Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund for payments already processed.
• Subscribers will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of their current billing period.

Writing Commissions & Ghostwriting Services

• Writing commissions and ghostwriting services require time, effort, and creative labor.
• Refunds are not available once work on a project has begun.
• If a project has not yet started, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to purchased content, please contact us for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or resolve the issue.
